How is this catalogue organised?

By shape. The floors below are the ten constructions we run, newest five packs on each. The same products are also reachable by material and by what goes in them, from the links above the floors.

What is the difference between a shape and a material?

The shape is where the seals are and whether there is a gusset; the material is what the film is made of. They are independent choices, and both change the price. A stand up pouch exists in all five materials.

Is anything here in stock?

Accepted Answer

No. Every pack is made to order against your artwork and your fill weight. What the catalogue shows is what we have built before, which is the quickest way to see whether a construction suits your product.

Question 4

Can I order exactly what is pictured?

Accepted Answer

The construction, yes. The printed design belongs to whoever commissioned it, so we make the same pack with your artwork on it rather than copying someone else's.

Question 5

Why does one product appear on several pages?

Accepted Answer

Because it is genuinely several things at once. A foil flat bottom coffee bag belongs under the flat bottom shape, under foil, and under coffee. Whichever of the three you arrived knowing should reach the same pack.

Which shape should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Start from fill weight and whether it has to reseal and face forward. Each shape page says where that construction stops being the right answer, which is usually more useful than what it is good at.

Can a pack be more than one shape?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A spouted pouch is a stand up pouch with a fitment, and a handled one is a larger version again, so those products sit under more than one shape deliberately.

Do you make shapes that are not listed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A custom shape is die-cut to your own outline on a cutting die made once and reused. Send a drawing and we will tell you which parts need a radius before it is tooled.

What is the minimum order?

Accepted Answer

1,000 pieces per artwork, not per order, so several designs can share one production run. It is the same across every shape and material here.

How do I go from browsing to a quote?

Accepted Answer

Send the product, the fill weight, the shape you have in mind and the quantity per design. That is enough for a real quote within one working day rather than a range.
