How to Order Custom Packaging
Custom packaging goes wrong in predictable places: the wrong barrier for the shelf life, artwork that cannot be printed as supplied, a colour nobody signed off. This is the order we work in to keep those from happening.

How an Order Runs
Six steps from brief to pallet. Most of the risk sits in the first three, which is why we spend the most time there.
Tell Us What Goes in the Bag
Product, fill weight or volume, shelf life and the market it ships to. That set of four decides the barrier, and the barrier decides everything after it.
Pick the Format
Stand up, spout, side seal, flat bottom, side gusset, a custom shape, or roll film for your own form-fill-seal line. Bring quantities per SKU if you have them.
Send Artwork as Vector
AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts outlined. No in-house designer? Our graphics team builds the dieline and lays the artwork out for you.
Approve the Digital Proof
You get a flat proof and a 3D visual against the dieline. Nothing is engraved until you sign that off.
Printing Proof for a Colour-Critical Job
For a series launch, or a brand colour that has to hold across SKUs, we run a press proof on the real substrate before the full run.
Production and Inspection
Extrusion, printing, lamination, curing, bag making, then QC against the approved sample. Pre-shipment inspection reports are issued as standard.

Two Answers Are Enough to Start
You do not need to know the laminate, the micron or the seal width. Tell us what is going in the pack and roughly what shape you have in mind, and the specification follows from there.

The contents set the barrier, and the barrier sets almost everything else. Pick the closest one — each links to the range that usually suits it.
2. What Shape It Goes In
If you are not sure, say so and send a photograph of a pack you like. We will tell you which of these it is and whether it suits your fill weight.

Commercial Questions, Answered Plainly
What do you need before you can quote?
The product, the fill weight or volume, the format you have in mind, the quantity per SKU, and the market it ships to. That set of five is enough for a real price rather than a range.
How quickly do we get a quote?
Usually within one working day. If something in the brief is missing we ask one focused question rather than sending a form back.
How is the minimum order quantity applied?
Per artwork, at 1,000 pieces on most formats. Five designs at 1,000 each is a valid order; one design at 500 is not, because the setup cost does not scale down.
Do I pay separately for the dieline?
No. It is drawn as part of the order, and you get the PDF whether or not you go ahead with us.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit on order confirmation and the balance against shipping documents. Terms for repeat customers are agreed once a working history exists.
Which incoterms do you work on?
EXW, FOB Shenzhen or CIF to your port. We quote whichever you prefer, and we will say plainly which one leaves you least exposed on a first order.
What is the lead time from approved proof to pallet?
15 to 25 working days for a normal order. First runs add 5 to 7 days for cylinder engraving. Peak season before Chinese New Year is the one period worth planning around.
What is a first-off, and will I see it?
The first bag off the run, checked against the proof you approved. Photographs are sent on request before the rest of the run continues.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin where required, plus the pre-shipment inspection report and any material certificates for your market.
How does a repeat order work?
Confirm the quantity and it goes straight into the schedule. Cylinders and dies already exist, so a repeat is 5 to 7 days shorter than a first run and cheaper by the tooling.
