What We Collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, country, and the details of the packaging you are asking about. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.
What We Do with It
Your enquiry is emailed to our sales team so we can quote and reply. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the quotation. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company except where a shipping or payment provider needs it to complete an order you have placed.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for as long as we are required to retain commercial correspondence. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless a record has to be kept for an order already placed.
