What We Bring to a Packaging Brief

Materials That Answer the Brief

PBAT and PLA with corn starch for compostable lines, recyclable mono-material structures where a bag has to survive a kerbside stream, and conventional laminates when barrier wins. We specify to the product, not to a house default.

Certified to the Market You Sell Into

OK compost HOME and INDUSTRIAL, BPI, DIN CERTCO, AS 5810, FSC, FDA and LFGB food contact, with BRCGS, Sedex, BSCI, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 behind the plant itself.

Structure, Print and Finishing in One Plant

Extrusion, gravure printing, lamination, curing and bag making run under one roof in Shenzhen, so a colour or a seal spec is corrected on the line rather than negotiated between subcontractors.

OEM, ODM and Distribution

Work to your drawing, or start from ours. Artwork, dielines and pre-production samples are handled in house before anything is committed to a print cylinder.

Formats

Pouch Formats We Run

Sixteen constructions run on our own lines in Shenzhen: custom stand up pouches and doypacks, spout pouches for juice and purees, flat bottom and side gusset coffee bags with degassing valves, Mylar barrier bags, three side sealed sachets, back seal pillow pouches, kraft paper pouches with die-cut windows, heavy duty pet food and fertiliser sacks, wide-mouth protein pouches, drip coffee sachets, apparel mailers and printed roll film for form-fill-seal lines.

Every one is printed to your artwork and specified against your fill weight, barrier and market — compostable to EN 13432, recyclable mono-material, or conventional laminate. Minimum order 1,000 pieces per design. If none of the sixteen suits the product, we tool a custom shape to your drawing.

Send Us the Brief

Product and fill weight, the format you have in mind, quantity per SKU, and where it ships. That is enough for a real quote rather than a range.

Frequently asked

What the Plant Can and Cannot Do

Which materials can you actually run?

PET, PE, LLDPE, CPP, BOPP, aluminium foil, metallised VMPET, kraft paper, and PLA/PBAT with corn starch for compostable work. Mono-material PE where a pack has to enter a kerbside stream.

How many print colours can you hold?

Up to ten on gravure, plus specials such as a metallic or an opaque white. Each colour is a separate engraved cylinder, so colour count drives tooling cost, not running cost.

What film thicknesses do you work between?

50 to 200 microns as standard, or built to your drawing. Thinner saves material; heavier survives palletising and long-haul freight. The fill weight usually decides it.

Can you make a genuinely recyclable pouch?

Yes, as mono-material PE. It removes the mixed-plastic problem that stops a laminate being recycled, at the cost of some barrier, which is why we specify it against your shelf life first.

What barrier levels are achievable?

From a simple moisture barrier up to a full foil laminate that stops light and oxygen outright. Metallised VMPET sits between the two where cost matters more than absolute performance.

Can you combine matt and gloss on one pack?

Yes. A matt overall finish with spot gloss or spot UV picking out selected artwork is routine, and it costs a finishing pass rather than a new structure.

Do you handle retort or freezer applications?

Both. Retort-capable structures survive in-pack sterilisation; freezer-grade film and seals stay flexible and intact below zero. They are different builds and are specified separately.

What is the smallest legible type or finest detail you can print?

Around 4 pt for positive type and 6 pt reversed out, depending on the substrate. Fine reversed type on a matt film is the first thing to fill in, so we flag it at proofing.

Can you laminate paper to film?

Yes. Kraft paper outside for the shelf look, a functional PE or metallised ply inside for the barrier. The paper is the face, not the barrier.

What are the practical size limits on a pouch?

Roughly 60 mm to 400 mm wide with fills from a few grams to 25 kg on sack formats. Very small and very large both need their own die, which is why we ask for the finished size early.
