Flat Bottom Bags

Flat bottom bags, also called box pouches or quad seal bags, are built on five printed panels and a real base rather than a fold, so the pack stands square and keeps its footprint as it empties. Standard fills run from 250 g to 5 kg, with resealable zippers and one-way degassing valves fitted where the product needs them. The two side gussets carry the small print and leave the front and back clear for the brand, which is why coffee roasters and pet food brands choose the format when shelf presence and stacking both matter.
