Which languages do you work in?
English and Chinese, on email, WhatsApp and WeChat.
Can we arrange a video call of the production line?
Yes, by appointment so the line you want to see is running. It is the practical alternative to a factory visit and it takes twenty minutes.
Can you send physical samples before we order?
Yes. Stock samples of comparable structures are free and you cover the courier. Custom samples with your artwork are quoted separately.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 China Standard Time. Urgent production questions during a live run reach us outside those hours too.
How do I follow up on an order already in production?
Reply on the same email thread as your order confirmation. It carries the job number, so it reaches the person running your job rather than the general inbox.
Do you attend trade shows?
Yes, and we will tell you which ones honestly rather than listing every show in the calendar. Ask and we will say where we will actually be.
